FitPerfect AI ("we", "us", or "our") is a privacy-first fashion intelligence application that helps you find your exact clothing size before you buy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using FitPerfect AI, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Photos and body measurements

To generate your sizing profile, you upload photos of yourself. Our AI estimates body measurements (such as height, bust or chest, waist, hips, inseam, and shoulder width) from those photos. The photos and the derived measurements are associated with your account and stored securely.

Account information

When you register, we collect your email address and a password. You may also provide optional details such as your location, age, gender, and brand fit preferences to improve your recommendations.

Fit feedback and usage data

We store the fit feedback you log (for example, how a past purchase fit), your saved outfits and lookbook entries, and basic usage information such as the features you use and how often. We may collect device and crash data to keep the app stable and secure.

Payment information

Membership payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers; the provider handles the transaction and returns a confirmation of your subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate your body measurements and generate personalized sizing recommendations.
• To build and display your 3D virtual try-on model and saved outfits.
• To improve the accuracy of our recommendations using your fit feedback and trends.
• To operate your membership, send service emails, and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your photos, measurements, or personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app (such as AI processing, file storage, email delivery, and payment processing), under contracts that require them to keep your data confidential and use it only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your photos and sizing data are kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual photos, measurements, or your entire account at any time from Settings. When you delete data, it is removed from our active systems and from backups within a reasonable period.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, restrict access to authorized personnel, and regularly review our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

6. Children's Privacy

FitPerfect AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in Settings. To make a request, you can also contact us through the Contact page.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to ensure your data is protected across borders.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the app and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or sent to you by email.
